Everything has a backside…

May 3, 2011

when it’s embroidery it looks a bit messy… but at the same time I can’t really decide if it’s front or back that looks the best.

Inge Jacobsen sews on photographies and make it look cool…

Backpack deluxe

March 11, 2011

There’s not much full moon party and dirty t-shirts rolled up between flip-flops and a worn-out copy of Lonely Planet Asia over this backpack by Hærfest. Tres chick and perfect for my laptop. Love the grey colour and the leather looks earlobe soft.

Cool bagpibes kind of bag. Makes me think that the geeks might need a field trip to Scotland one day. Tartan for Line, scotch for Eva and men with no underwear.

Aren’t we all?

Nice t-shirt from WORK IT. Even if you are not into R. Kelly (no, I do not believe I can fly).

Bring on the lace and the silk and the pearls and the gold and the fur and the pomegranate

I love this stunning use of symmetry and fabric inspired by mother… nature. These pieces are so rich and full and slightly too much – in a nice more is more way. Props to Mandy Greer – see tiny previews of more of her work in her book.

HAPPY NEW HAIR

In love with Teenagers In Love

November 24, 2010

When I look at these sweatshirt prints by Teenagers In Love, I feel so at home. Probably because they resemble an area in my life where I was young and innocent. Now I’m just old and guilty… but thats a whole other blog post!

Check out the entire look book here.

These boots are made for walking right down underneath the Christmas tree for me, thank you.

And for my birthday I would like a horse to match.

This one is for Eva :)

Children, drunk people and t-shirts will tell you the truth

Who needs to speak when you got the Wordboner t-shirts?

Bebaroque on

September 22, 2010

I’m the happy owner of a piece of Bebaroque conversation-starter clothing: yellow hosiery with one leg decorated with black peacock feathers. People STARE, I mean STARE, yes, when I wear them, and if they dare to come up to me, they ask me if it was painful to have my leg tattooed. Well no, and would the yellow colour of my skin be due to the amount of carrots I consume or do you think it’s a really bad self-tanner?? Nevermind, I love almost everything Bebaroque creates and I have to get some of these designs.

Ants. veins. cut-marks. scales. what to wear?

August 2, 2010

Now that we are having a lovely leg-wear-theme here, I’m gonna bring your attention to these amazing stockings… Can I just say that I want a pair of each!! Especially the ant ones! It is French Les Queues de Sardines that is behind these hand printed stockings…
